I contacted PestControl re woodworm infestation in furniture. Seamus asked for photos so I sent a video. His response was not only prompt and professional but totally accurate, telling me to contact the furniture manufacturer as the infestation in all pieces must have already been present at point of purchase. He advised me how to go about contacting the furniture store, and offered if required to provide a report. Thanks to Seamus, I have secured full replacement of all furniture, at no cost. Seamus did this at no benefit to himself. Great service, and I will definitely contact them again should I need their services.

Matt advised us well and is happy to come back if the squirrels or similar should reappear over the autumn. Currently they have vacated the roof space and there appears to be no way for them to get back in. Our loft has also now been totally cleared which is how they were discovered. I contacted PestControl re woodworm infestation in furniture. Seamus asked for photos so I sent a video. His response was not only prompt and professional but totally accurate, telling me to contact the furniture manufacturer as the infestation in all pieces must have already been present at point of purchase. He advised me how to go about contacting the furniture store, and offered if required to provide a report. Thanks to Seamus, I have secured full replacement of all furniture, at no cost. Seamus did this at no benefit to himself. Great service, and I will definitely contact them again should I need their services.

Matt advised us well and is happy to come back if the squirrels or similar should reappear over the autumn. Currently they have vacated the roof space and there appears to be no way for them to get back in. Our loft has also now been totally cleared which is how they were discovered.
