Communication during the initial high level inspection could have been better and I should have been listened too with a bit more belief and if so it would have saved me several hundred pounds however Leon was extremely polite and professional and dealt with the final extermination at no cost by way of compensation. I would definitely your Leon and the team again.

From start to finish, Gareth was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. My initial contact request emailed late at night was responded to by 8.30 the following morning and an initial visit arranged for later the same day. After explaining to Gareth that we suspected a rodent of some sort roaming our loft, Gareth completed a thorough search of the loft, garage and garden and confirmed our suspicions. He placed a camera to capture what was visiting daily together with a trap and arranged a follow on visit 7 days later where he showed us camera footage of either a mouse or small rat and advised that it was very small as had eaten the bait but not set off the trap. After discussing options and potential outcomes, was agreed that poison would be placed and Gareth explained how this would work and that the rodent would be dealt with within 2-5 days which was the case and even called a couple of days later for an update. Three weeks on, the lodger has been dealt with and I would most certainly recommend Gareth and Pest Control. Thank you!

I called for a quote prior to booking a pest control service for carpet beetles. Gareth was well-informed, quick and offered a competitive rate. He spent a total of 30 minutes which was super speedy. Bonus points because he was cute.

I initially contacted the Council but then I thought, are you going crazy? The Council are worse than useless especially during Lockdown! So I Googled pest /Rodent control and got you guys. The appointment was arranged for next day. Your Guy was early and sorted my problem arranging to come back in a fortnight to check progress. He appeared as promised and gave the all clear saying that he had left the bait trays in place in case of a return visit from our Rodent friends. All this for £125 i think it was and an electronic receipt was emailed to me as we spoke. The young man was extremely helpfull and I will use you again if I have any problem.

Very happy with our experience. The pest controller visited within 24 hours of our initial call. He did a really thorough inspection of both the inside and outside of the house, and gave us a detailed explanation of what he had done and what to expect. Came back, as promised, a week later to check on whether the treatment had been effective or not and plugged up some possible entry points. Friendly, professional and sympathetic. Would definitely use again.

100% recommend we used the new food/poison that has been being trialed and it worked fantastic! We ended up with a total of 11 rats removed (still need to check under the floorboards but a very good result so far). Very pleased with the outcome and Stewart was so friendly and provided a lot of helpful advise.

Great costumer service in a quite unpleasant time. Having had a noise coming from our loft, I called a few numbers for help. One number said we most likely had squirels and that I had to call someone who specialised in that. That's where I called the Pest Control. Quoted price played a main part , though. Gareth came the very next day and at the time that suited around my work. He quickly established, that it was actually mice in our loft. He looked around the house for their entry point, that he blocked, put poison down and after that, it was just a waiting game for when mice got peckish. It took good 4-5 days for all the noise to disappear ... and me, histerically calling Gareth again (on a Sunday!) as I thought they were biting through the ceiling. Gareth was so understanding; explained how the poison worked and we agreed for me to call back in two days if I still heard noises. However, he called to check the next day and came out again (just to save my sanity, really) to top up the poison.

We were really happy with the service! Called the number and within the hour Leon arrived and had removed the nest! He was a really nice guy, super knowledgable, answered our questions and taught us a little bit about wasps which we really appreciated. We then contacted our surveyors who had missed the nest when we bought our house and Leon was all too happy to be contacted, provide evidence and give testimony with his expert opinion. This led to the surveyors accepting responsibility and refunding us for the cost of the removal (which was cheap anyway!). Really couldn't recommend them enough. Great jo

The technical was very thorough dealing with our mouse problem. He put a number of bait trays and bags in our kitchen, lounge and loft. Sure enough when he returned two weeks later the mice were gone. Worth every penny (£164) to have a professional service. Will use them in the future.

David was great. He came around very quickly and identified the problem immediately. ( I had gaps in the wall into our house that rats were getting through) He told me what to do and put down some bait in the drains to see if they were getting through there too. They were and he came back the day I called him, to put valves on the drain openings. He was calm and competent and made me feel like the rats were something that could be dealt with without fuss.
