Very pleased with the service provided I had a bees nest in the cavity of my house,I wouldn't normally do anything to harm bees but we have a grandchild who is only a few months old and we tend to sit out right below where the nest was . Very satisfied with the efficient courteous and prompt service provided by Jamie Smith He arrived on time (8.30) at our home in West Yorkshire to deal with a bee problem He was with us for approximately 30 min in which time he explained in detail how he intended to go about remedying our problem and also the type of bee causing the problem Exactly as he suggested the problem around my soffit area had vastly improved within an hour and cleared completely within 48 hours The charge was exactly as quoted and reasonable. Card payment was accepted which made the transaction simple. Therefore I would not hesitate to recommend this company I was also emailed a invoice for the job the same day. First class all in all

I had to call Pest Control out as I had what I thought was a singular mouse in my house. I had tried for a few days to catch it with a trap but without success. Pest Control came out very quickly, laid bait and set traps which resulted in the capture of a mouse within 24 hours. They then returned 10 days later t check and some of the bait had been taken so it proved that although I thought there was only one mouse there must have been more. I cannot recommend this company enough for their speed and professionalism.

Darren was very thorough and helpful in sorting out my rat problems! The only issue I'd have is with price. There are other companies that offer a 2 or 3 call out fixed price. Having now experienced such an issue its obvious that multiple visits will always be required and therefore a discounted price would be more fair. £90 per visit is a lot, especially for the short amount of time the pest controller is actually here.

The local pest control operative arrived early, having finished the last customer sooner than expected. Very knowledgeable, had lots of advice and got on with the job. Darren provided different solutions for our infestation. Very happy with the results. He also left online rodent reading material. He returned after 10 days to collect his bait boxes. Looked around for a pest control service to take care of our rat infestation that had been getting worse. Found Pest Controls website and Steve's details, they have good feedback so I made contacted. Ever since I made the enquiry we have been very impressed with his services and recommendations, in a short space of time he has made a massive difference that we have do not have rats nesting within our factory and eating food in our office. He visited our premises a short time after I imitated contact, he carried out a site survey to assess the full extent of the problem, Steve immediately identified what rodent we had, explained clearly where they had been, where they had come in from and how quickly they can multiply. He took several measures to stop and control the infestation, we were given a detailed report explaining the actions he took and why and also informed us what we could do to help eliminate the problem. Very happy with his services and would highly recommend. Ever since his first visit the problem he has made a massive difference that our factory workers do not report any sightings or signs of any rats being within the building and we can now safely store food and drink in our upstairs office cupboards without them be eaten or nibbled on.

Charlie paid 3 visits, first to understand the problem and lay bait. & days later at my request check what had happened - all the bait had gone. More bait laid then and after a further 7 days further check was made. All bait untouched. Agreed to fitting of wire mesh over air bricks to the house. Haven't seen a mouse since and delighted! Well worth the outlay to sort the problem and recommend Pest Control to anyone.

Darren Weight gave me excellent information about how ants work, how the gel works and how the ants get eliminated on the phone first and how much one treatment would cost, which was not cheap, before I arranged an appointment. The treatment were drops of a poisonous and sticky gel was applied to the skirting board in the bedroom where they appeared. The ants are attracted to this gel, eat it and within a few days, I never saw another ant. I was the first 'ant customer this year, Darren told me! I would thoroughly recommend him to deal with any future, unwanted creatures!
